Having been a resident of the Greater Kalamazoo/Portage area, and having lived, been an undergraduate and graduate student, and having worked in this area for almost forty years, I feel well qualified to advise both buyers and sellers in regards to neighborhoods, schools, community activities and of course, real estate values in this part of West Michigan.
